NHS medical negligence - failure to diagnose student with Broken Neck
Although the NHS does strive to provide high service levels and excellent quality of care, it does sometimes make mistakes. The victim, who was a student who is studying sports science at university also learned to refrain from sports for one year, which affects both his life and his studies.
