WHAT EXACTLY ARE BODY FATS?
Fats and oils are commonly called lipids. Body fat is not oil but fat. Despite fats and oils are mainly fat but the fact remains that both are different from each other. Fats are chemically and physically different lipids.
Fats consist of a large group of compounds that are generally soluble in organic solvents and practically insoluble in water.
Fats May be solid or liquid at normal room temperature, depending on their structure and composition. Although the terms "oil", "fat" and "lipids" are all used to refer to fats, "oils" is generally used to refer to fats that are liquid at normal room temperature, while "fats" is usually used to refer to fats that are solid at room temperature. "Fat" is used to refer to liquid and solid fats.
FATS AND OILS
Let's first consider the fats and oils. Fats consist of a wide range of compounds. Fats dissolve in organic solvents. Here are the fundamental differences between the fat and oil. Fats are not soluble in water while oils are. In addition, depending on the composition and structure, the fat may remain solid or liquid waste away at room temperature. But oils are generally liquid form.

However, too much fat or consumption of too much fat can have a negative impact on the body.
More often than not, fats consumed are stored in our premises. These body fat requires a greater amount of exercise or greater quantity of parts on our metabolism to burn.

The mass lean body weight is composed of bones, muscles, tissues, organs, blood and other necessary items.
